Committed to Anti-Bullying, Mental Health Awareness and Opportunity
The SBR Helping Hands Foundation exists to help adults who have experienced bullying, tragedy, or other difficult life circumstances. We provide scholarships, community outreach, counseling resources, education, and financial support to promote mental health awareness and empower individuals and communities to stand up against bullying and inequity. We believe that everyone deserves a fair chance at a safe and successful life, and we're committed to helping make that happen.
"From Pain to Purpose"
After the death of her younger sister Shanquella Brenada Robinson, Quilla Long founded this organization in the wake of tragedy. A trip to Cabo Mexico led to a firsthand experience of the need to end bullying. Out of that pain, she created this foundation to help end adult bullying through empowerment.
